3. License and Usage

By purchasing ExtraBar, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on one Mac device. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not share your license key with others
• The license is valid for the device on which it is activated

The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Appit Studio.

4. Payment and Delivery

ExtraBar operates on a one-time payment model. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive a download link and license key via email
• Access to the software is provided immediately after payment completion
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal
• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change for future purchases only

Your purchase entitles you to the current version of the software plus all future updates at no additional cost.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with ExtraBar for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
